ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Madison, I am 26 years old and was born and raised in Frederick County Maryland, I attended Towson University from 2017- 2018. In January 2019, I transferred to The University of Maryland to study architecture. In May of 2021, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture. During my undergraduate studies, I took an interest in the history of architecture and construction methods. I chose to continue my architectural education at the University of Maryland. In December of 2024, I graduated with my Master of Architecture. During my studies, I have become proficient in software including Rhino, Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion, Autocad, and Adobe Suite.
I enjoy traveling, the beach, early fall rounds of golf, dessert, and spending time with friends and family. I also enjoy painting and crafting during my free time.
During my studies, I was employed by the University of Maryland as a Teaching Assistant for a beginner-level Architecture course. I worked on average 10 hours a week meeting with students, participating and aiding in class, and grading assignments. During the summer of 2023 I obtained an internship at a Florida based Construction firm assessing site drawings, locating, evaluating, and contracting vendors. I also completed onsite observations and project meetings, as well as coordinating project scope, timelines, resources, and requirements.
